Cambridge Halloween Happenings 2012
Cambridge Community Schools and Youth Centers in collaboration with other City departments are sponsoring their Annual Halloween parties and Haunted House at locations throughout the city. These parties provide a safe and fun place for children to enjoy the traditional Halloween Celebrations. Activities include games, music, storytelling, magic shows, the giving of treats and friendships. This is also a time for children as well as adults to role play their favorite characters by dressing up in costumes. Halloween parties are located in public schools, youth centers, public libraries, fire stations and neighborhood parks. Click here for schedule of events.
Cambridge Public Library and several branches will be hosting various Halloween events. See flier above.
Cambridge Fire Department will be hosting Halloween Open Houses at all fire stations Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 2-4 p.m. Children and their parents are encouraged to visit their neighborhood fire station to view fire apparatus and to receive glow sticks and trick-or-treat bags (while supplies last) that can be used for trick-or-treating, compliments of Cambridge Fire Department. Candy for this event has been generously donated by Cambridge Brands, Inc., 810 Main St, and will be distributed to the kids. Contact Lieutenant Michael Hughes at 617-349-4153 or email@example.com with any questions.
