Health Department Polls Community on City's Top Health Concerns
The Cambridge Public Health Department is launching a survey to identify the biggest health and social issues facing Cambridge.
“I encourage people who care about Cambridge to take the survey,” said Claude Jacob, Chief Public Health Officer and Director of the Cambridge Public Health Department. “A successful plan for addressing the health needs of Cambridge depends on strong input from you, your neighbors, and co-workers.”
The 10-minute online survey can be accessed at: http://tinyurl.com/cphdsurvey. Printed copies are also available at the Health Department, 119 Windsor Street, Cambridge. The survey is open through September 30.
