The Cambridge Police Department Traffic Unit is looking to identify the pictured individual with regard to an on-going investigation into a hit & run crash on Vassar St. that caused serious injuries to a 9-year-old. At the time of the incident, the male was operating an E-Scooter while wearing a teal t-shirt and black shorts. He is a white male wearing his hair in a man bun style and appears to have a face tattoo.
