Housing 3rd St.

The City’s Housing Division is accepting applications for 15 one and two bedroom rental units that are affordable to middle-income households. These units are located at 270 Third St, a newly constructed, 91 unit mixed-income building in East Cambridge/Kendall Square. 

Income and asset requirements apply.  Eligible household income ranges from $55,200 - $118,200, depending upon household size and unit type.   Preference will be given to Cambridge residents and to families with children.  Secondary preference is given to applicants who work in Cambridge. 

There will be a one-time lottery to establish the order of applications and thereafter applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. For any questions, contact us at housing@cambridgema.gov or 617-349-4622.
