City of Cambridge wins Excellence in Commuter Options Award

Cambridge is honored with the Spotlight Award: Leadership in Innovation as part of annual ECO Awards

The ECO Awards celebrate Massachusetts employers and their efforts to reduce congestion and greenhouse gas emissions by encouraging employees to utilize green transportation options. Employers like you make the difference by encouraging employees to travel to work by public transit, bicycling, walking or through the promotion of carpools and vanpools.

Cambridge received the award for innovation in reaching out to employees in advocating for sustainable commute modes to work.  Following are a few quotes from happy City employees:
