The City of Cambridge’s DRAFT FY2016 Action Plan represents Year One of its DRAFT FY2016 to FY2020 Five Year Consolidated Action Plan, and describes how the City plans to utilize its allocation of funds received via the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) entitlement programs.

While the Consolidated Plan covers the time period from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2020, actual funding for each Program Year is determined annually.  The FY2016 Action Plan serves as a template for future activities.
