On 2/12/2013 a male resident of Mass Ave in Cambridge reported that the mother of his child had been gone for 3 1/2 weeks with her new boyfriend. He was supposed to return the child to her on 2/12/2013 but did not feel comfortable due to her being away for 3 weeks and possibly off of her medication and exhibiting wild behavior.
