On 9/30/2013 at 6:02 AM, a Virginia resident reports that an unknown SP spray painted his car, slashed all 4 tires, smashed windshield and rear window, and cut the driver’s seat. This occurred sometime overnight while the vehicle was parked in the lot on Walden Square Road. The victim has no idea who would want to do this.

On 9/30/13 officers responded to a Brattle Street business for a suspicious person. The reporting party stated that the suspicious person later identified as Albert Moore, 50, of 414 Harrison Abe in Boston entered the store and was acting unusually. Albert Moore was found outside of the establishment and in the possession of a purse that did not belong to him. An investigation led to Albert Moore being arrested and charged with Larceny from a person.

THE R/P CHECKED WITH THE BANK AND FOUND THAT PERSON(S) UNK TO HER HAD CASHED AN UNAUTHORIZED, FAKE CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $768.00 WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY WRITTENED TO THE S/P, NOTED FOR FURNITURE. THE S/P ATTEMPTED TO CASH A CHECK LATER FOR THE SAME AMOUNT IN CAMBRIDGE, NO TRANSACTION COMPLETED. THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED.
