A Norfolk St. resident states on 10/07/13 at 0650 hrs he was involved in an argument with a bicyclist on Broadway at Windsor St. During the argument the bicyclist produced a large knife. The SP fled the area when the RP approached a group of police detail officers.

A motor vehicle driven by a Waltham man was involved in a collision with a man operating a moped on Garden St at Mass Ave. The operator of the moped received a minor laceration to his arm. He refused medical attention. It was also determined that this person did not have a valid license and was issued a citation.

On 10/07/13 at approximately 4:00PM a Somerville resident reports that some unknown Person broke into their car between 3:00PM to 3:20PM while it was parked on Bishop Allen Drive near Main St . The SP broke the right front passenger window and stole a black leather purse containing $30.00 dollars in cash and assorted credit cards and a driver’s license.

An employee on Msgr. O'Brien Hwy. reports on 10/6/13 a billfold was recovered in the lobby at that address. It was mistakenly identified as belonging to guest and given over and accepted under false pretenses. The billfold in fact belonged to another guest, which was discovered after the fact.
