On 10/09/2013 at approximately 7:15am a Cambridge resident reports that an unknown suspect gained unlawful entry into her residence while she was home sleeping between 12:30am and 6:30am this morning. While the unknown suspect was inside her residence, he stole a plethora of valuable items.

A resident from Homer Ave reports unknown person stole a package from the front lobby of her building that contained one hundred dollars’ worth of cosmetics. The victim reports that UPS emailed telling her the package was delivered at 7pm 10/8/10, however the victim reports coming home at 8pm and did not see the package in the lobby.

On October 9, 2013, Robert Gonzales, 22, homeless was arrested in the Cambridge Common after threatening violence and making aggressive gestures against a female known to him in the presence of police officers. During this encounter, Gonzalez began to disturb the peace by his loud, aggressive and threatening speech which served no legitimate purpose. Gonzales was found to be in possession of a dangerous weapon while creating this breach of the peace.

A Tufts St. resident reports between 09/18/2013 and 10/07/2013 her motor vehicle has been entered via an unlocked door while parked in the area of Tufts St. In all three incidents the suspect(s) went through the compartment of the vehicle dumping the items on the floor. A small amount of money was reported stolen.

On 10/8/2013 a Woburn resident reported that her vehicle was damaged while parked in Central Sq. The incident occurred between 10/4/2013 at 11:37pm and 10/5/2013 at 2:42am. The vehicle was parked in a loading zone and was struck by an unknown vehicle. There was trace transfer paint evidence consistent with the color used by MBTA on busses.
