At approximately 7:30 PM on Monday October 14, 2013, police arrested Angel Rodriguez, 46, of 240 Albany Street for Assault w/ Dangerous Weapon, A&B on Public Employee, and Disorderly Conduct after a male reported being kicked in the face by the suspect.

On Oct. 15, 2013 at approx. 1:00pm a group was moved along from Memorial Dr @ JFK St. 3 small bags of marijuana were taken off of one of the parties. The marijuana was less than 1 ounce; it was put into property and tagged for destruction.

On 10/15/13 at approximately 7:00PM we responded to a Hurley St residence for an unwanted person. Upon our arrival I spoke with the reporting Person and he stated to me that a friend of his came by his House started banging on his door yelling about money. The suspect was still on scene and we advised if he came back he would be arrested for trespassing.
