On 10/19/2013 at approximately 1:05pm Cambridge police units responded to a Rindge Ave address for a bicyclist verses a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival responding officers spoke to all parties involved and learned that the bicyclist lost control of his bicycle while he was riding on it and making contact with the moving vehicle while in question while in motion causing minor injury to the bicyclist.

On 10/20/13 Nathan Pellegrini, 24, of 51 Plymouth Street in Cambridge, MA was placed under arrest and charged with Assault to Murder and Unarmed Burglary. The victim of the incident stated the Pellegrini (known to her) broke into her first floor apartment and assaulted her. The victim also stated that Pellegrini placed a pillow over her face for approximately (1) minute restricting her airways while threatening to kill her.
