A search of his M/V for the purpose of a tow inventory revealed a substance consistent in smell and appearance of fresh marijuana which was individually packaged as if for street level distribution. Dossa was charged with possession to distribute Class D, Marijuana. Dossa was also issued a citation of failure to display two number plates (no front license plate), and excessively tinted rear windshield.

On October 27, 2013 a Cambridge Police unit responded to Seven Pines Avenue, Cambridge for a past malicious destruction report. The victim stated that her ex-boyfriend punctured two tires each on both her son's and her own motor vehicle. The victim stated that she is certain that her ex-boyfriend is the suspect and she was able to identify the suspect after viewing surveillance video footage depicting the incident. Investigation is ongoing.
