On October 6, 2013 Cambridge Police arrested CHARLES BURNETT, 75,  Homeless for Trespassing after staff of a Porter Square business called Police to report that a black male who has knowingly been trespassed from the store in the past refuses to leave after he was asked to leave the store many times by the store manager.

At approximately 6:11 AM 11/06/13 Cambridge Police officers recovered a black duffel bag, possibly left behind by a homeless man, in the Porter Square Shopping Center. The bag in question contained clothing, prescription medications and personal items. This bag was placed in the police property room for safekeeping.
