On 11/19/13 at 0104hrs, David Williams, 27, of 252 Putnam Ave in Cambridge, MA was arrested for Disorderly Conduct on Putnam Ave after he engaged in tumultuous and highly agitated behavior causing excessively unreasonable noise, and so constituted a public nuisance.

Nov 19, 2013 - 10:30am: A Watertown, MA resident reports that at approximately 8:30am, while crossing the intersection at Harvard St and Quincy St, a MV 'nicked' her foot as it turned onto Harvard St from Quincy St. Reporting Person was not injured and did not require any medical attention but stated that she was a little 'shaken up'. Pedestrian did obtain a License Plate number of involved motor vehicle for any further investigations.

On November 19, 2013, at 10:16am, Richard OSHINUGA, 31, of 12577 Mesa Verde in Victorville, CA was placed under arrest and charged with, Assault with a dangerous weapon, Operating to endanger, Failure to stop for police, Hit & Run with property damage and multiple traffic violations, after he struck a police cruiser while operating his motor vehicle on a public roadway and failed to stop for police while fleeing on a public roadway.

An Inman Square business owner reported an attempted scam on November 19, 2013 at approximately 2:50 PM. A man claiming to be an NStar representative threatened to cut power to the building unless an outstanding balance was paid immediately. The victim had no outstanding balance.
