On 11/20/2013 at 7:26am an unknown male entered business on Massachusetts Ave and took three cartons of cigarettes from behind the counter and then walked out of the store without paying for them.

On November 20, 2013 a Framingham resident was issued a criminal application for allowing a motor vehicle to be parked without a valid registration, uninsured motor vehicle.

On 11/20/2013 a Quincy resident was summoned to court for operating with a suspended MA license and a suspended registration on a public way.  The Motor vehicle also was found to have no inspection sticker as of 10/01/2013.

On November 20, 2013 Officers were dispatched to Memorial Drive on
a report from an unknown third party that there was an A&B in progress between two parties. All parties involved refused medical attention there were no visible injuries.

On November 20, 2013 Gregory FOLEY, 37, of 35 Concord Avenue, #3, Cambridge was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after he failed to identify himself on a bicycle when he was stopped for failing to stop for a red light at the intersection of Massachusetts avenue and Sidney street.

BRATTLE ST
On November 20, 2013 a Cambridge resident reported that their handbag was stolen from an establishment on Brattle Street sometime between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM this evening. A credit card that was removed from the bag was used at two separate locations in Harvard Square. A description of the suspect was obtained; investigation is ongoing.

On 11/21/2013 at 12:10 a Worcester resident was stopped on Mass Ave and Temple street for driving a motor vehicle with an expired registration. As a result of the stop it was determined that operator had
a suspended MA driver's license. The operator’s motor vehicle was towed from the scene, and the license plates were turned into the MA RMV.
