Nov 22, 2013 - 9:10am: A Cambridge St resident reports that sometime during the overnight hours an unknown suspect broke into her motor vehicle while it was parked inside the driveway. Victim believes that suspect gained access into vehicle through its driver door that may have been inadvertently left unlocked. Once inside, suspect rummaged through vehicle's interior and stole a company-issued laptop that was located on the rear passenger seat.

During a vehicle tow inventory, 3.5 ounces of Marijuana individually packaged in 2 mason jars was recovered. Manjang was also charged with possession with intent class D, and drug violation near a park.

On the above date and time, CPD units responded along MIT units and the Cambridge Fire Dept. for a m/v crash on Mass Av. and Memorial Dr. Both parties involved in the crash were on scene. After further investigation, the operator of a MV, Donald A. Watt, 62, of 76 Camelot Drive, Worcester, MA. was arrested for OUI 2nd offense, negligent operation, unregistered m/v, marked lanes violation, illegal u-turn, open container of alcohol. A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from Mr. Watt's breath and person, he had glassy eyes, slurred speech, continued to lick his lips while speaking, and while standing Mr. Watt swayed in a circular motion.

A second caller stated that he may have heard two gun shots at that location while passing by. When units arrived there was no evidence of gun shots no individuals were injured and the disturbance had ended with the groups heading in separate directions prior to our arrival.

A Cambridge resident reports on the above date and time while walking on River St. a white male approx. 25 yrs. old began to yell at the Rp and become aggressive towards him. The suspect struck the Rp with his fist on his face. The Rp removed his jacket which contained his passport and wallet and the two began to fight. The Rp then left the scene leaving his property behind.

Upon arrival it was determined that although the individual was breathing and conscious, he was heavily intoxicated. The individual sustained lacerations to several areas of his face and was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.

On November 24, 2013 at approximately 9:40 PM, Cambridge Police units responded to an establishment in Central Square, Cambridge for a report of a female acting erratically. It was dispatched to the units that the individual was served one alcoholic drink from the bar and that the establishment wanted her removed from their premises. Upon arrival, the individual was found to be highly intoxicated, screaming loudly, and unsteady on her feet. The individual declined medical attention numerous times and was subsequently brought into the police station under Protective Custody.
