A Cambridge St resident reports that on 8/5 he received an unsolicited phone call from an unknown suspect claiming to be a representative for Publishers Clearing House. This suspect requested that victim send a check in order to claim his 'prize.' Suspecting that something was amiss, resident hung up, contacted Publishers Clearing House and confirmed that the call was not legitimate.

Upon arrival officers spoke with a female resident who stated she recently had surgery and cannot rest because her husband has been drinking. The male resident left voluntarily and was transported to a shelter on Albany Street.
