Keith Howard, 22, 24 Seaver Street, Boston, was placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant issued out of Dedham District court. Howard was transported to the Cambridge Police Department where he was booked and processed in the usual manner.

US Marshals and Cambridge Police arrested Jeff Banos, 33, 47 Hanson Street, Somerville, on warrants. He was arrested without incident on warrants for Credit Card Fraud, Identity Fraud, Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and Destruction of Property Over $250.

A member of a Mass Ave company reports the theft of an employees bicycle from their secure bike cage sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on 8/12/14. The bicycle is valued at over $1,000.

CAMBRIDGESIDE PL
Cambridge Police responded to a retail store at Cambridgeside Place for a report of a shoplifter being detained. Upon arrival, officers were advised by lost prevention personnel that a resident of Wakefield removed the tag from a pair of $21 shoes and walked out of the store wearing them. Loss Prevention personnel decided not to press charges.

An Allston resident stated that while waiting for a bus at the intersection of JFK Street and Eliot Street an unknown Black/Hispanic male with curly hair,  about 5'10" in height approached him and snatched his cellphone from his hands and fled towards Mt. Auburn Street.
