As the suspects exited the store, upon being addressed by Loss Prevention, one of the suspects lifted his jacket and motioned toward a weapon. The employee backed off and the two males fled on foot.

Cheryl Tucker 45, of 240 Albany Street Cambridge MA, was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct, and posses/drink from an open container of alcohol in public. While in the booking area, Tucker intentionally kicked two separate police Officers with a shod foot. One of the officers, over the age of 60, sustained possible injury. Tucker was subsequently charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon on a person over 60(shod foot).

For (1) count of assault & battery and (1) count of assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon. Santana was observed by an officer attacking the victim throwing her to the ground and punching her. She was also observed kicking another Officer while wearing shoes, after being cuffed and awaiting for transport.
