10/10/2014 00:04 INCIDENT 14007664 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY -$250, MALICIOUS c266 S127	CAMBRIDGE ST Cambridge Police responded to a Cambridge Street establishment for a report that someone punched and smashed the window to the garage.
10/10/2014 09:30 INCIDENT 14007668 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	MARCELLA ST Cambridge Police Units responded to a call that a male damaged several vehicles on Marcella Street by throwing a bicycle at them.
10/10/2014 09:36 INCIDENT 14007667 MISC. REPORT TYPE	CONCORD AVE Cambridge police responded to Concord Ave at Royal Ave on an incident type package. The package was cleared and all units cleared the scene.
10/10/2014 09:51 INCIDENT 14007670 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	MYRTLE AVE A Cambridge MA, resident reported that sometime during the overnight hours an unknown suspect broke into his motor vehicle while it was parked inside his home's driveway. Suspect gained access into vehicle through unlocked doors. Once inside, suspect rummaged through interior stealing a few dollars worth of loose change. No damage to vehicle was reported.

10/10/2014 11:07 INCIDENT 14007674 B&E DAYTIME FOR FELONY c266 S18	HOWARD ST A building manager for a Howard St residence reported that an unknown suspect broke into a storage basement after forcibly breaking the basement door lock. Manager reported that nothing appeared missing and that no further access into residence was able to be gained.

10/10/2014 13:29 INCIDENT 14007677	MASSACHUSETTS AVE On October 8, 2014, the Hackney office received a complaint from a Boston resident. The complainant stated that the driver of a Cambridge taxi charged her credit card twice the same amount on different dates.

10/10/2014 18:37 INCIDENT 14007689 MISC. REPORT TYPE	ABERDEEN AVE A Cambridge MA resident reported that a neighbor consistently walks his dog without a leash. Animal control has been notified in the past but the neighbor continues to violate the city ordinance.

10/10/2014 20:43 INCIDENT 14007695 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	FAYERWEATHER ST A Cambridge MA resident witnessed a person on a bike and key and damage a white motor vehicle parked across the street from her. Police responded and were able to notify the owner of the damaged vehicle.
10/10/2014 20:50 SP ACTIVITY 14007694 MISC. REPORT TYPE	PORTER SQ A group of homeless people engaged in a loud dispute with an unknown male and were alleged to have assaulted this unknown male inside the Porter Square Train Station.
10/10/2014 22:44 INCIDENT 14007697 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A resident of Nantucket walked into the Cambridge Police Station at 125 Sixth St to report a larceny that occurred at a First Street business.

10/11/2014 04:24 INCIDENT 14007700 MISC. REPORT TYPE	EVERETT ST Cambridge Police responded to a local college dorms for a report of a disturbance.
10/11/2014 15:30 INCIDENT 14007710 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY +$250, MALICIOUS c266 S12	THORNDIKE ST A Cambridge MA resident reported that the front passenger window of her vehicle was damaged on Thorndike Street.
10/11/2014 16:08 INCIDENT 14007711 LARCENY OVER $250 BY SINGLE SCHEME c266 S30	PLEASANT ST A Cambridge MA resident reported a past larceny.
10/11/2014 17:13 INCIDENT 14007712 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A postal worker reported that while delivering mail on Broadway Street, he walked away from his pushcart. Upon returning he noticed his cell phone and postal scanner was stolen from the pushcart. The phone is valued at $500.00 and the scanner is valued at $2000.00.
10/11/2014 19:09 INCIDENT 14007714 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A Brookline woman reported a bag of recently purchased clothing from nearby establishment valued at $298 stolen while she was shopping in another store at the Cambridgeside Place.
10/12/2014 01:45 INCIDENT 14007721 TRESPASS c266 S120	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Juan Dominguez, 21, 36 College Avenue, Somerville, was placed under arrest outside of a Mass Ave nightclub for Trespassing. Dominguez was informed by the staff of the nightclub in front of the police that he was no longer welcome on their property. Dominguez continued to stand outside of the nightclub after being trespassed by the staff. Approximately five minutes later, Dominguez ran to the front door of the nightclub and opened it. Dominguez was stopped as he opened the door by a staff member. Dominguez was placed under arrest for the above charge.
10/12/2014 01:56 INCIDENT 14007718 TRESPASS c266 S120	BROADWAY Personnel at a Cambridge hotel reported that a male was in the lobby of the hotel refusing to leave. This unwanted person was later identified as Gary Bonner, 53, 505 Washington Street, Chelsea. Cambridge Police arrived and Bonner refused to leave after being told to leave by hotel management and the police. He was not a guest of the hotel, he did not know anyone staying at the hotel, and he was repeatedly asked to leave the hotel premises. Each time he was told to leave he refused to do so. It was also confirmed that Bonner had an outstanding arrest warrant issued for him for Criminal Harassment. Bonner was subsequently placed under arrest.
10/12/2014 02:21 INCIDENT 14007719 LICENSE SUSPENDED, OP MV WITH c90 S23	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Chonn Pressey, 21, 52 Everton Street, Boston, was stopped on Mass Ave by State Street for a marked lane violation. After the stop, police learned that Pressey had a suspended driver’s license. Pressey also smelled very strongly of an alcoholic beverage. Pressey was placed under arrest for operating after suspension and OUI liquor.
10/12/2014 17:18 INCIDENT 14007738 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	APPIAN WAY Kent Nicholson, 50, 400 Massachusetts Ave, Boston was arrested in Harvard Square for Larceny from a Person and Receiving Stolen Property. This was the result of two witnesses observing him take property from a vendor's booth. Upon being stopped, Nicholson was in possession of nine tote bags which belonged to the vendor and four pairs of sneakers belonging to another business in Harvard Square. The vendor and an employee of the business both positively identified their respective property.
10/12/2014 19:58 INCIDENT 14007740 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	LINDEN ST Steven Talkowski, 23, 17 Arlington Street, Malden, was arrested for outstanding warrants without incident.
10/12/2014 23:55 INCIDENT 14007744 A&B ON POLICE OFFICER c265 S13D	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Vadilson Pina, Jr., 25, 47 Fuller Street, Boston, was placed under arrest at Mass Ave. in front of a night club for Assault and Battery on a Police officer. Pina who was found to be heavily intoxicated while attempting to enter the night club, punched an officer in the left side of the face on the cheek bone after he was escorted from the line, and asked to leave.

10/12/2014 02:16 INCIDENT 14007720 ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME c274 S6	CHAUNCY ST A Cambridge MA resident reported an unknown person(s) attempted to open up her bedroom window then threw a large rock through the window breaking the glass.
10/12/2014 04:03 INCIDENT 14007722 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	BOW ST Cambridge Police responded to Bow Street for the report of a malicious destruction to a motor vehicle.
10/12/2014 07:43 INCIDENT 14007723 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	MAGAZINE ST A resident of Boston reported that her purse and all of its contents were stolen from inside of her parked motor vehicle. The vehicle was parked on Magazine St. near Green St.
10/12/2014 09:02 INCIDENT 14007725 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	SIDNEY ST A Cambridge MA resident called to report that his residence was broken into. There was no forced entry and it appears that access was gained through an open window. Stolen were two lap tops valued at $800.00.

10/12/2014 15:15 INCIDENT 14007732 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	DOUGLASS ST A New York resident reported that while his rental vehicle was parked on Mass Ave. near Douglass Street it was struck and damaged by the operator of an unknown vehicle.

10/12/2014 18:26 INCIDENT 14007739 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Rhode Island resident reported that while at a Harvard Square restaurant he accidentally left his camera bag behind. Victim later received a text message from an unknown person informing him that they had his tablet and that they would return it if he paid what they had paid for it.

10/13/2014 14:08 INCIDENT 14007749 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY A New Hampshire resident notified the Cambridge Police that his vehicle was broken into while parked in a hotel garage, Damage was done to the driver’s side door lock, and various items were stolen.
10/13/2014 14:57 INCIDENT 14007750 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Stephanie Tsimortos 28 of 35 ASHUMET RD Mashpee MA was arrested and charged with Shoplifting after Loss Prevention observed her take items and place them into her backpack and leave the store without paying.

10/13/2014 19:01 INCIDENT 14007752 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	MASSACHUSETTS AVE An Allston MA resident was cited for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.
10/13/2014 19:16 INCIDENT 14007753 SHOPLIFTING $100+ BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	BRATTLE ST An employee from Brattle Street reported a Shoplifting.
10/13/2014 20:51 TRAFFIC 14007754 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	SEVENTH ST Cambridge Police responded to an accident involving a motor vehicle and a bicycle at Seventh Street and Thorndike Street. The bicyclist suffered minor injuries and refused medical attention.
10/14/2014 10:46 ARREST 14007766 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	RINDGE AVE Boston Police arrested Hassan Hussein, 26, 362 Rindge Avenue, Cambridge, on a warrant for Uttering False Check, Larceny Over and Receiving Stolen Property without incident. He was then transported to the Cambridge Police Department where he was booked.
10/14/2014 18:45 INCIDENT 14007789 TRESPASS c266 S120	CAMBRIDGE ST Cambridge Police responded to Cambridge Street for a trespass report. Upon arrival, it was determined that Dieugains Previlion, 30, 851 Broadway, Everett, MA, had been trespassed by the owner and directly violated this notice. Previlion was arrested for violating a trespass notice and was transported to the Cambridge Police Department.
10/14/2014 23:05 INCIDENT 14007801 TRESPASS c266 S120	BROADWAY Gary Bonner, 53, 505 Washington Street, Chelsea was placed under arrest after he was trespassed at a Cambridge hotel. Bonner was repeatedly asked to leave by hotel staff management and by Cambridge Police when on scene but refused. Shortly after, it was confirmed that Bonner had an active warrant and was subsequently placed under arrest.
