Suspect company charged victim's credit card however never installed nor fixed any computer issues.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police Units responded to Massachusetts Ave for a unattended suitcase. Upon arrival there was a grey hard covered suitcase in the middle of the sidewalk in front of Mass Ave. There was no known threat for the area and there was no reporting Person on scene. A K9 checked the suitcase and showed no change of behavior to the suitcase and didn't alert on it. The suitcase was opened and it was empty with no identification to who the owner was. An officer took custody of the suitcase and disposed of it in the proper manner.
