Lam Nguyen, 33, of 417 Broadway of Chelsea MA, was arrested for shoplifting at a Cambridgeside Place department store.  The suspect was observed by Loss Prevention Officers concealing multiple items of clothing. The suspect was stopped and was in possession of $284.98 worth of merchandise.
