Rolando Neal, 55, of 625 Putnam Ave Cambridge MA, was arrested and charged with Unlicensed Operation of MV, Drug Possession Class D, Drug Possession to Distribute Class D, Drug Possession Class B, and Resisting Arrest after a motor vehicle stop was conducted and Neal was found to be unlicensed while operating a motor vehicle on Massachusetts Ave. a public way in Cambridge and also attempted to evade arrest by fleeing on foot. During an inventory search of the motor vehicle multiple jars and bags of Marijuana were discovered as well as a clear plastic bag containing Crack Cocaine.
