Thomas Bavis, 44, of 240 Albany Street of Cambridge MA, was arrested for Shoplifting by concealing after an employee of a local supermarket observed him concealing food items and passing all points of purchase without paying. Bavis was in possession of a black back pack which did not belong to him. Inside the backpack were numerous prescription bottles belonging to another person.

The owner of the motor vehicle stated that when he returned to his car he noticed that a gold bag, which was located in the glove compartment was missing. He further stated that inside the bag he had a credit card which was used on this date without his authorization.
