Mehmet Sengun, 45, Worcester, was placed under arrest for Failing to Follow Lane Instructions, Refusal to Provide an Officer with License and Registration, and Resisting Arrest. Sengun was charged after an Officer stopped him for blocking the bike lane and road with his motor vehicle at Massachusetts Avenue and Dunster Street. Sengun then refused to provide the Officer with his license and registration after multiple warnings from the police.

FRANKLIN ST
Cambridge police responded for a report of a possible breaking and entering in progress at a Franklin Street apartment. Terrance Maisonneuve, 22, 1199 Salem Street in Malden, was taken into custody and charged with Armed Burglary, after the victim pointed him out while they were arguing in the lobby of the building. She indicated that Maisonneuve had forcibly entered her apartment and shoved her out of his way. A second unknown party was involved and assisted in attempting to leave with multiple unknown items.
