Dominec Macellari, 49, 13 Falkinburg Drive, Tuckerton, NJ, and Joseph Taglieri, 35, 46 Lawn Avenue, Quincy, MA, were arrested for Possession of a Class A Drug, Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law, and Taglieri was charged with Possession of a Class C Drug as well. They were observed by a plain clothes police officer actively engaged in cooking and attempting to inject what appeared to be a controlled substance by way of a hypodermic syringe.

Police located the unwanted party, later identified as Keith Hill, a short distance from the business. Keith Hill, 31, 240 Albany Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Newburyport District Court for Breaking and Entering Nighttime for Felony and Larceny from a Building.
