Officers responded to a Central Square bakery for a report of malicious destruction. The manager of the bakery reported that she arrived to open up the store and discovered the front window to be shattered.

Henry Lopez-Escobar, 46, 688 Hotto Tond Road, Aiken, South Carolina, was placed under arrest for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Lopez-Escobar was observed by police officers taking a right turn onto Massachusetts Avenue and failing to signal, and his unlicensed status was discovered following the traffic stop.

Gerald Cooper, 24, 252 Geneva Avenue, Dorchester, was placed under arrest on two warrants out of Cambridge District Court for Larceny Under $250, Malicious Destruction of Property Over $250, Wanton Destruction of Property, and on two warrants out of Dorchester Municipal Court for Shoplifting by Asportation, Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon (x2) and Assault and Battery.

Cambridge Police Explosive Ordinance unit and Cambridge Fire responded to the corner of Broadway and Prospect Street for a report of an unattended blue cooler that appeared suspicious. Upon investigation, it was found that the cooler was empty.
