11/20/2015 12:37 INCIDENT 15008748 MISC. REPORT TYPE	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY The Cambridge Police Explosive Ordinance unit responded to a Fresh Pond clothing store for an unattended backpack. The backpack was cleared by the K9 unit and EOD officers without incident.

11/20/2015 14:54 INCIDENT 15008751 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue and Peabody Street for a report of a suitcase that was left unattended on a bench and appeared suspicious. The suitcase was investigated and cleared by K9 and EOD units.
11/20/2015 14:56 INCIDENT 15008759 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY Cambridge Police were dispatched to a clothing store on Alewife Brook Parkway. The store’s lost prevention officers had detained a shoplifter, after they observed her and another unknown individual, who had already fled the store, removing security tags and concealing merchandise totaling $750 in their personal bags. Angie Soler, 18, 22-34 71^st Street, Queens, New York, was placed under arrest for Larceny Over $250.

11/20/2015 15:56 INCIDENT 15008755 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY +$250, MALICIOUS c266 S12	FRESH POND PKWY A Somerville resident reported between 11/11 and 11/20, while his vehicle was being serviced at a local gas station, an unknown person keyed the whole right side, the hood, and the left front fender of his vehicle.

11/20/2015 16:23 INCIDENT 15008763	BLAKESLEE ST A Blakeslee Street resident reported a past Breaking and Entering to his motor vehicle. The reporting person stated that he had left his motor vehicle unlocked, parked on the street, and found his things rifled through and some change was stolen.
11/20/2015 16:30 INCIDENT 15008758 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	TREMONT ST Cambridge Police responded to a Tremont Street residence for a report of damage to the side of the house done by a motor vehicle. The homeowner stated that he was alerted by a loud bang and went outside to see that the fence had been ripped out of the ground and it was up against the side of the house, and the offender had left the scene of damage.
11/20/2015 16:39 INCIDENT 15008761 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	HINGHAM ST A Cambridge resident reported that she was the victim of a scam. The reporting person stated that she attempted to adopt a dog through an animal rescue agency, but had been made aware by a local animal hospital that this agency was a scam after she had already agreed to the adoption of the dog and her account had been charged.
11/20/2015 16:45 INCIDENT 15008756 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Cambridge resident came to the Cambridge Police Station to report a larceny from a bank ATM machine on Massachusetts Avenue. The victim stated that he deposited a check into his account and soon after he completed the deposit and left the ATM, an unknown person entered his password and was able to withdraw money from his account.
11/20/2015 17:07 INCIDENT 15008762 BICYCLE VIOLATION c85 S11B	OXFORD ST Cambridge Police responded to Oxford Street and Sacramento Street for the report of a motor vehicle accident. Following an investigation, the bicyclist was cited for Failure To Stop at a Red Light, as this was the cause of the accident with the motor vehicle.
11/20/2015 18:33 INCIDENT 15008764 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY Cambridge Police were dispatched to a store on Alewife Brook Parkway for a report of a shoplifter, in the custody of loss prevention officers, who had attempted to steal $405.91 worth of merchandise. Upon further investigation, the suspect was identified as a Boston resident and he was cooperative and very apologetic of the whole situation. He was trespassed from the store by the reporting loss prevention officer, who also recovered all of the store’s merchandise. The Boston resident will be summonsed to court on a later date for Larceny Over $250.
11/20/2015 23:20 INCIDENT 15008767 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	ELLERY PL Cambridge Police responded to the Ellery Place residence for the report of a past Breaking and Entering. The reporting party stated that they came home and discovered that 5 pieces of electronics were missing.
11/21/2015 03:17 INCIDENT 15008768 A&B c265 S13A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a fight. The two individuals who were fighting were separated, and one was treated for an external wound at a local hospital. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the two individuals were having a disputer, and it escalated to a physical fight.

11/21/2015 07:24 INCIDENT 15008770 MISC. REPORT TYPE	BROADWAY A suspicious package was reported to Cambridge Police. Upon investigation, the package was determined not to be hazardous and was disposed of.

11/21/2015 09:33 INCIDENT 15008773 MISC. REPORT TYPE	NORFOLK ST Cambridge Police and Cambridge Fire responded to a Norfolk Street residence for a report of an odor of gas. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the source of the gas a boiler.
11/21/2015 15:01 INCIDENT 15008776 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	KINNAIRD ST A Kinnaird Street resident reported a malicious destruction to her motor vehicle. An unknown suspect had drawn an obscene image on the front fender sometime since 11/19.

11/21/2015 19:15 INCIDENT 15008783 RESTAURANT, DEFRAUD c140 S12	BRATTLE ST Cambridge Police responded to a Harvard Square business for a report of a patron that attempted to avoid paying for his drinks. The manager of the establishment reported that the suspect’s card was declined and he stepped outside to discuss the situation with the suspect, who then fled while they were waiting for police to arrive.

11/21/2015 19:50 INCIDENT 15008784 MISC. REPORT TYPE	BREWER ST Cambridge police responded to a Brewer Street residence for the report of a disturbance. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the call was part of an ongoing dispute between neighbors.

11/22/2015 02:36 INCIDENT 15008790 DISORDERLY CONDUCT c272 S53	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Nivaldo Lima, 29, 5 Canal Lane, Somerville, was placed under arrest for Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct after Cambridge Police responded to a call from restaurant on Massachusetts Avenue for a report of an unwanted individual. Upon arrival, police spoke to the manager, who reported that the defendant was intoxicated and was causing a scene, so he was told to leave the premises several times and he refused.
11/22/2015 03:17 INCIDENT 15008791 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	JFK ST Cambridge Police responded to a call for a disturbance at a business on JFK Street, where the manager was attempting to kick out a female that was sleeping on the second floor of the building. Ebony Wesley, 22, 80 Auburn Park, Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Shoplifting By Asportation and on a warrant out of Boston District Court for Assault and Battery.
11/22/2015 10:52 INCIDENT 15008795 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	ALLSTON ST Cambridge Police responded to the intersection of Sidney Street at Allston Street for a report of a hit and run. The suspect motor vehicle was travelling at a high speed and crashed into another vehicle at Sidney Street and then fled the scene.
11/22/2015 11:58 INCIDENT 15008794 CREDIT CARD FRAUD OVER $250 c266 S37C	BRATTLE ST A Ukraine citizen reported that ten unauthorized transactions totaling $3,298 were made on his credit card on 11/21.
11/22/2015 12:11 ARREST 15008793 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	BISHOP ALLEN DR Michael Forster, 35, 93 Berkley Street, Billerica, was arrested on a warrant out of Concord District Court for Operating a Motor Vehicle and for Missing a Registration Sticker.
11/22/2015 14:15 INCIDENT 15008798 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	MAPLE AVE Cambridge Police responded to a Maple Street residence for a report of the larceny of a bicycle.
11/22/2015 15:11 INCIDENT 15008801 MISC. REPORT TYPE	PLEASANT ST The Cambridge Police Explosive Ordinance Unit responded to a report of a suspicious item on Pleasant Street. The K9 unit searched the area and the item and did not alert to any hazard.
11/22/2015 16:06 INCIDENT 15008802 MISC. REPORT TYPE	SIXTH ST Cambridge Police responded to a residence on Sixth Street for a report of suspicious activity. The reporting person stated that she observed an unknown male loitering in her apartment building.

11/22/2015 23:07 INCIDENT 15008813 MISC. REPORT TYPE	HARVARD ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to Harvard Street for the report of a suspect outside of a window. The reporting person stated that she went to her window when the motion activated alley way light was triggered and made direct eye contact with an unknown male that was staring at her through her window.

The reporting person stated that he came home to find his room disheveled and a bag containing personal documents and money missing.
