Sambra Cisse, 43, 24 Winthrop Street in Roxbury, was observed operating a vehicle on Massachusetts Avenue at Prospect Street, which is a public road owned and maintained by the City of Cambridge. During operation, Cisse crashed into another motor vehicle. After conducting questioning and administrating a standard field sobriety test, Cisse was arrested for OUI-Liquor.

GREEN ST

James Gibson, 54, 17 Court Street in Boston, was arrested and charged with OUI, Operation after Suspension, and Alcohol from an Open Container and was issued a Massachusetts Uniform Citation. Officers were made aware that Gibson was operating a vehicle, while intoxicated by patrons of a local Central Square restaurant. Upon following him, officers observed Gibson's vehicle almost run into a pedestrian at a crosswalk. After conducting a stop, it was determined that Gibson was unable to properly drive his motor vehicle, had a suspended license and an open container of alcohol was observed on his passenger side door.
