12/11/2015 17:46 INCIDENT 15009290 IDENTITY FRAUD	BROADWAY A resident of Broadway reported being the victim of identity theft where an unknown person(s) opened a line of credit in her name and fraudulently charged $433.92.

12/11/2015 21:08 INCIDENT 15009293 LEWDNESS, OPEN AND GROSS c272 S16	CAMBRIDGEPARK DR James Hook, 48, of 780 Harrison Ave in Boston, was arrested and charged with Lewdness, Open and Gross after he was observed revealing his genitalia to the staff and patrons of a restaurant.

12/12/2015 02:44 INCIDENT 15009299 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Sambra Cisse, 43, 24 Winthrop Street in Roxbury, was observed operating a vehicle on Massachusetts Avenue at Prospect Street, which is a public road owned and maintained by the City of Cambridge. During operation, Cisse crashed into another motor vehicle. After conducting questioning and administrating a standard field sobriety test, Cisse was arrested for OUI-Liquor.

12/12/2015 16:20 INCIDENT 15009312 TAXI FARE, EVADE c159A S16	SPRING ST A Milton cab driver reported that unknown parties got out of her cab and ran into their residence in the area of Spring Street without paying their $44.60 fare.
12/12/2015 17:45 INCIDENT 15009313 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Duxbury minor had expensive sneakers stolen from him at a Central Square restaurant.
12/12/2015 17:57 INCIDENT 15009314 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CRAIGIE ST A resident of Craigie Street reports that sometime today between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., an unknown motor vehicle struck and damaged the rear bumper of her parked car and fled the scene without reporting or leaving a note. It occurred in the victim's private parking spot.

12/13/2015 01:22 INCIDENT 15009321 MUNICIPAL BY-LAW OR ORDINANCE VIOL (CIV) c40 S21	HOLYOKE ST A noise complaint city ordinance violation was issued to a New York resident.
12/13/2015 01:46 INCIDENT 15009322 OUI-LIQUOR, C90 S24	GREEN ST James Gibson, 54, 17 Court Street in Boston, was arrested and charged with OUI, Operation after Suspension, and Alcohol from an Open Container and was issued a Massachusetts Uniform Citation. Officers were made aware that Gibson was operating a vehicle, while intoxicated by patrons of a local Central Square restaurant. Upon following him, officers observed Gibson's vehicle almost run into a pedestrian at a crosswalk. After conducting a stop, it was determined that Gibson was unable to properly drive his motor vehicle, had a suspended license and an open container of alcohol was observed on his passenger side door.

12/13/2015 19:36 INCIDENT 15009341 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	WASHINGTON ST A resident of Washington Street reported that a vehicle, owned by a Revere resident, was parked behind his car, pressing against the rear bumper of his vehicle. When he moved his car forward he noticed damage to the bumper of his vehicle.
