Stephen Costigan, 26, 37 Locksley Road, Lynnfield, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon, Malicious Destruction of Property Over $250 (x2), and Assault and Battery On Ambulance Personnel (x2). It was reported that Costigan had pushed and kicked two medical personnel, and damaged medical equipment.
