He reported that an unknown male called and stated that he had the victim’s sister and demanded $10,000 for her release. The reporting person made contact with his sister, and realized that this was a scam.

12/14/2015 13:45 INCIDENT 15009357 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	BRATTLE ST An Arlington resident reported that on 12/12 an unknown person(s) struck her motor vehicle as it was parked on Hawthorne Street, and left the scene without making themselves known. The victim reported that her vehicle sustained damage to the left front bumper.

12/14/2015 20:19 INCIDENT 15009381 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	CAMBRIDGE ST Stephen Costigan, 26, 37 Locksley Road, Lynnfield, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon, Malicious Destruction of Property Over $250 (x2), and Assault and Battery On Ambulance Personnel (x2). It was reported that Costigan had pushed and kicked two medical personnel, and damaged medical equipment.
