Cambridge Police responded to a report of an unattended suitcase. There were no threats made or any other suspicious activity involving the suitcase. Upon investigation, it was determined that the suitcase was empty. It was then disposed of in the proper manner.

Francis Fulkerson, 40, of 22 Holmes Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Class A and Conspiracy to violate Drug Laws. Luis Melendez-Pizzaro, 24, of 357 Columbia Road in Dorchester, was placed under arrest and charged with Distribution of a Class A Drug, Trafficking Heroin, Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws, and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Jose Rodriguez-Quinone, 35, of 247 Columbia Road in Dorchester, was also placed under arrest and charged with Distribution of a Class A Drug, Trafficking Heroin, and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.
