They also left behind a pair of sunglasses and receipts.

10/03/2017 12:18 INCIDENT 17007018 SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE / EOD INVESTIGATION	TECHNOLOGY SQ The Explosive Ordinance Unit responded to the area of Technology Square for a leather bag chained to a bike. The K9 officer cleared the bag, which contained a bike helmet.
