10/15/2017 21:51 INCIDENT 17007351 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	RIVER ST Cambridge Police Officers were flagged down on River Street in regards to a stolen bicycle seat. Officers observed a suspicious person nearby, who was carrying the victim's bicycle seat. The suspect fled the scene as he saw officers approaching. Officers searched the area for the suspect to no avail.

Janvier was arrested regarding a warrant out of Malden District Court for Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Failure to Stop/Yield, Failure to Wear a Seat Belt, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, and Possessing an Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.
