A package was removed from the front steps of her house which contained over $250 worth of make-up. The package was delivered on Thursday afternoon by the USPS.

As a result, James Flynn, 50, 929 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, was arrested for Threatening to Commit a Crime and Witness Intimidation.

12/02/2017 18:12 INCIDENT 17008571 TRESPASS c266 S120	CAMBRIDGE ST John DuBuque, 50, homeless, was placed under arrest for Drinking in Public/Possessing an Open Container of Alcohol in Public, Trespassing, Threat to Commit a Crime, and Witness Intimidation. Officers responded to a business located on Cambridge Street for a report of an unwanted person. Upon arrival, an officer observed Dubuque drinking from an open container of alcohol. An employee of the business reported that Dubuque was inside making noises and bothering customers. When the employee asked Dubuque to leave and he refused, they threatened to call the police. Dubuque then reportedly threatened the employee. It was later confirmed that Dubuque had entered the business after having been forbidden to do so by a Cambridge Police Officer on 4/26/2016.

12/01/2017 06:52 INCIDENT 17008520 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	CRAWFORD ST Cambridge police were dispatched to Crawford Street for a report of an unwanted person. Upon arrival, Cambridge police discovered several stolen Amazon packages. A report was taken.
12/01/2017 07:22 ARREST 17008521 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE John Sferrazza, 52, 67 Edgewater Drive, Quincy, was identified and arrested for 2 warrants after he was found sleeping in the doorway of a business on Massachusetts Avenue. One warrant was out of Boston District Court for Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle. The other warrant was out of Norfolk Superior Court for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Leaving the Scene of Property Damage, Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Negligent Operation of a motor Vehicle, and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

12/01/2017 16:02 INCIDENT 17008539 A&B ON POLICE OFFICER c265 S13D	BROADWAY Employees of a Cambridge business called the police emergency line to request the removal of an unwanted male. Officers responded and began to escort Kevin Francis McBride out of the building. Prior to arriving at the exit, McBride punched one officer then struggled with another officer in an attempt to either escape or prevent the officer from taking him into custody. After a struggle, Kevin Francis McBride, 47, 240 Albany Street, Cambridge, was arrested for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Trespassing, and Disorderly Conduct.

12/01/2017 18:00 INCIDENT 17008542 ASSAULT TO ROB, UNARMED c265 S20	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Carlos Baez, 44, 444 Harrison Avenue, Boston was arrested for Unarmed Assault to Rob and Assault and Battery. Baez assaulted a person by hitting him on the back of his head and on his lower back, then demanded money from the victim.
