Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue after observing a vehicle idling in the bicycle lane. After refusing to provide identification, Joseph Wenderly, 33, of Plainville, was placed under arrest and charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, drinking from an open alcohol container, failing to identify, license not in possession, license suspended, failing to produce a vehicle registration, drug possession and blocking a bicycle lane.
