Police conducted a motor vehicle stop after observing a vehicle with illegally dark tinted windows pass by. Luis Maysonet Montanez, 23, of Assonet, MA, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Fall River District Court. Montanez was also charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without auto insurance, and driving with a suspended license and registration.
