CAMBRIDGE – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Cambridge Police Commissioner Christine Elow announced today that Roger W. Reddick, Jr., 41, of Cambridge has pleaded guilty to three counts of Rape of a Child with Force. These charges stem from a sexual attack on a then-thirteen-year-old girl which occurred in October 2000 after the defendant, who was a stranger to the family, broke into her home.

The City of Cambridge Department of Veterans’ Services hosted an event on April 4 at Cambridge City Hall to honor lifelong Cambridge resident and U.S. Army veteran, Corporal Wing “Vinny” Wong, 94.

The Cambridge Police Department offers a free Child Safety Seat Installation and Inspection service to help residents properly install car seats, booster seats, and seatbelts. All cannabis businesses, including Marijuana Treatment Centers (MTC), as defined in the Cannabis Business Permit Ordinance, require a Cannabis Business Permit from Cambridge Inspectional Services Department (ISD) before opening. Before the MA CCC issues a final Marijuana License, they will request a copy of your Cannabis Business Permit.

Install new water fountain/bottle-fillers at up to 9 parks that lack drinking water fixtures. If this initiative wins, funding will be complete for water fountain installation in most of the City owned parks.
