May Selection: The Seven Dials Mystery by Agatha Christie. This book group will meet virtually and in person at the Boudreau Branch. We will discuss current and classic mystery titles. Well-designed condition assessment forms offer the best means to efficiently collect information on site while surveying public art. Condition assessment forms for sculptures, paintings and murals, and works on paper, which were designed by our Director of Conservation, can be downloaded here.

This month's book is Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing by Judy Blume. Two is a crowd when Peter and his little brother, Fudge, are in the same room. Grown-ups think Fudge is absolutely adorable, but Peter and his pet turtle, Dribble, know the truth. From throwing temper tantrums to smearing mashed potatoes on the wall, Fudge causes mischief wherever he goes! Both caregiver and child should read the book before the discussion to participate. Overall Cambridge Arts and the City are distributing more than $300,000 to 60 artists, cultural organizations and grant reviewers via grants and stipends this year through three funding opportunities offered by Cambridge Arts: Organizational Investment Grants, Art for Social Justice Grants, and Local Cultural Council Project Grants.
