This spring, fifteen Cambridge teens traveled to Atlanta to explore Black history, celebrate Black joy, and discover future opportunities. The trip was part of Cambridge Youth Programs’ out-of-state travel program, which invites recognized leaders in CYP’s teen programs on trips to tour Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Choose a design and match the numbered stickers to the numbered spaces, then watch your artwork come alive. Recommended for children ages 6-12 and their caregivers. Learn about the ducks that live at Land’s Sake Farm. We will have a story time and activity, then children can touch and interact with a live duck. This program will happen outside. In case of rain or bad weather it will be inside the O'Neill Branch. This program is for children of all ages with a caregiver. Registration is required. When registering, please list how many children are attending. Adults do not need to be included in the numbers for registration

In this workshop, we’ll learn how to visibly mend holes and weak areas in sweaters, socks, and other knit fabrics using seed stitch and square darning techniques. You’ll leave with a sampler of both techniques that you can refer back to when tackling your own darning projects at home.
