Cambridge Emergency Communications, Fire, and Police Departments will join together for a special joint ceremony outside the Robert W. Healy Public Safety Facility at 125 Sixth Street in East Cambridge on Friday, September 11. The ceremony will begin at 8:30 a.m.

To improve runoff water quality by soil decompaction, erosion control, repaving the perimeter road with permeable asphalt, and native species and biodiversity restoration along Glacken Slope.

Highlights include: Drainage improvements to the perimeter road at Fresh Pond at Glacken Slope, and completed Route 2 Bridge reconstruction and Rt. 128 resurfacing which included new best management practices.
