The Traffic Board is a three-member board established to review petitions regarding the adoption, alteration, and repeal of the City’s Traffic Rules and Regulations and to provide advice and consultation to the Traffic, Parking, and Transportation Department.

Radical Collage Collective knows no limits; we use scissors, glue, and paper to sort out all our problems. Each Wednesday in October, we will gather, leave our day lives behind, and search for our dreams among discarded magazines and books. By the end of each session, we will have created meaning from something and left the rest as scraps on the ground to be swept up.
