Boston Communities and the Affordable Housing Services Collaborative, Inc. The City of Cambridge will implement upgrades and improvements to the Gold Star Mothers Memorial Park in East Cambridge.

The Baker-Polito Administration announced “Red Sox Week” at the Hynes Convention Center to increase access to vaccines for disproportionately impacted communities. The Administration also provided an update on vaccine dose allocations for the week and announced additional regional collaboratives that will now be available for booking appointments on the Commonwealth’s pre-registration system.

The Office of Sustainability (OoS) was created in July 2024 to institutionalize climate actions across all City departments. Cambridge’s first Chief Climate Officer began work in October 2024. The OoS is built on nearly two decades of efforts by multiple departments to reduce Cambridge's reliance on fossil fuels and prepare for extreme weather.
