Over the summer the Cambridge Police Department welcomed our newest Cadet, Samantha Ayala. The CPD is also pleased to announce that our 2025 Cadet Exam will be held on Saturday, November 15th.

We will adapt the tale "The Tortoise and the Hare" and perform our masterpiece for family and friends. Using a ChompSaw (a kid-safe power tool), participants will safely cut cardboard to create shadow puppets. This four-week puppetry workshop is for youth ages 7-10. We will meet on March 5, 12, 19 and 26. Registration is required. Participants much attend all sessions and have read a version of the tale before the first session. The Cambridge Consumers’ Council will celebrate National Consumer Protection Week (NCPW) from March 5-11, 2023.

Learn how to mitigate potential risks associated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) use and understand how these risks may impact or exacerbate underlying mental health diagnoses. This class will be delivered by a DOORS program instructor.
