Bike Parking Bicycle

On Friday, June 26, Cambridge residents and visitors will be gathering by the thousands for the annual City Dance Party. This event shuts down Mass Ave between Prospect and Bigelow Streets from 6pm until midnight.

The Traffic, Parking, and Transportation Department joins the rest of the City in encouraging visitors to use sustainable transportation to travel to the Dance Party, which is located outside of City Hall. To make this easier, we are partnering with Mass Bike to offer free bike valet services to attendees throughout the event. The bike valet stand will be located on Mass Ave in between Temple and Prospect streets. Simply make your way there on your bike and leave it in a in a fully staffed and secured “valet lot” until you’re ready to leave -- no locks required! You'll be free to dance without worries, since Mass Bike has never had a bike stolen on their watch.

More information about the annual City Dance Party can be found on the City’s website. We hope to see you there!
