CAMBRIDGE – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Cambridge Police Commissioner Christine Elow announced today that Roger W. Reddick, Jr., 41, of Cambridge has pleaded guilty to three counts of Rape of a Child with Force. These charges stem from a sexual attack on a then-thirteen-year-old girl which occurred in October 2000 after the defendant, who was a stranger to the family, broke into her home.
The Cambridge STEAM Initiative and the Cambridge Office of Early Education (OEC) sponsor a "STEAM in the Early Years" workshop series, which includes data-driven research and hands-on activities that reinforce the importance of encouraging STEAM identity development in our youngest learners.

In ongoing efforts to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of our permitting process, the Department of Public Works have conducted a thorough review of our fee structure. As a result, certain construction permit fees have been revised.
On December 8th, 2023, Commissioner Christine Elow announced that Superintendent Pauline Wells has graduated as a member of the 288th session of the FBI National Academy. The graduation took place at the National Academy in Quantico, Virginia on December 7th, 2023.
