Three distinguished artists from the faculty of Berklee College of Music, Donna McElroy and Nedelka Prescod, vocalists, and Dennis Montgomery, vocalist and Hammond organist, present a concert in commemoration of Juneteenth, June 19, 1865, the day of the announcement of the abolition of slavery in Texas and the emancipation. We honor the spirit of persistence, resistance, and faith that has brought the African American community thus far. Saint Peter's Church is handicapped accessible.
