Special Permit:  To install 12 wireless antennas within a rooftop installation that consists of (i) 4 antennas in the alpha sector to be located within a penthouse (painted to match the building color) on the north side of the building, (ii) 4 antennas in each of the beta and gamma sectors to be façade mounted to 2 sides of a proposed equipment shelter (painted to match the building color) situated toward the south side of the building, (iii) a gas-fired generator to be located within the equipment shelter, (iv) 7 remote radio head units, A2 units, and surge suppressors per sector, and (v) associated cabling and utility conduits leading from mechanical room space in the building’s basement to the facility.
