The Board of Zoning Appeal will hold a meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in the Ackermann Room, 2nd Fl. City Hall, 795 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA, in order to convene in Executive Session as set forth below:
5:00 P.M. – EXECUTIVE SESSION – CASE: BZA-015560-2018
221-225 & 227 Concord Avenue
To discuss strategy with respect to the litigation known as Lauren Harder, as She is Trustee of 227 Concord Ave. Nominee Trust v. Board of Zoning Appeal, et al., Land Court Case No. 18 MISC 000236, as discussing this matter in an open session may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Board of Zoning Appeal.
The Board of Zoning Appeal will not reconvene in open session at the end of the executive session.
