Inspectional Services Department record room is located on the lower level at 831 Massachusetts Avenue.

All available records of BZA decisions; building, plumbing and electrical permits issued; plans submitted at time of application or completion of work: restaurant inspections; housing inspections; certificates of occupancy and certificates of inspection are stored in the records room.
- Copies may be obtained for $.20 each and copies of plans for $4.00 each.
- Research: $17.50 plus hourly wage/hr. of Record Room Coordinator performing the research.
- Off premise storage request: Current cost of obtaining and returning records to warehouse (approx. $40/storage box)
